All orders received by 3pm will be packed and shipped the following business day unless. Orders received after 3pm will be processed and sent out the next working day. Shipment method will be at the sole discression of NeroCavallo ensuring safe and timely arrival of your order.

Hawaii, Alaska and WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Worldwide orders can be sent by the USPS International Priority Mail service, for delivery within 5-10 days. This shipping cost will vary depending on the order amount. Order will be insured against damage or loss in transit and up until delivery. Signature required will be requested where available. NeroCavallo will not be held responsible after the shipment has reached the destination. Worldwide orders can also be sent on a faster service via DHL Express for delivery within 2-4 days, cost will vary based on your order. . STOCK

If an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately and arrange the best method for you to proceed. You will be provided with an expected date the desired item will be with us, with an option for us to hold your order.
Exclusive orders are all made to order, so cannot be shipped to you immediately. A member of our customer service team will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements and will give you a delivery date.
