RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of your order at info@nercavallo.com .
When returning an item to us, we suggest you send via a service offering tracking of your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returned items, neither can we cover the costs of return. As an option we can provide a return label and deduct the cost form your refund.  Returned items must be in unused and resalable condition for full refund.

If your product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please contact us by telephone or email. Our customer service team will assist you.
